These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 1kk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting service accessible at 1kk.bio. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
